Cancellation Policy for Esthetics By Lucie


At Esthetics By Lucie, we aim to provide the best possible service to all our clients. To ensure the effectiveness of our hair removal treatments and the optimal experience for our clients, we have incorporated the following policy:

  1. Booking Requirement:

    • All clients are required to provide a valid credit card at the time of booking an appointment. The credit card will be securely stored and will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  2. Cancellation Notice:

    • Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice will not incur any fees.

  3. Same Day Cancellations:

    • For cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled appointment, 50% of the service charges will be billed to the credit card on file.

  4. No-Show Policy:

    • In the event of a no-show (failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice), 100% of the service charges will be billed to the credit card on file.

  5. Three Weeks Hair Growth Requirement:

    • For waxing or sugaring appointments, clients are required to have a minimum of three weeks of hair growth for optimal results.

    • If a client arrives for their appointment and does not meet the three weeks hair growth requirement, 50% of the service charges will be billed to the credit card on file for the time taken by the esthetician.

  6. Consecutive No-Shows:

    • Clients who have three consecutive no-shows will be banned from booking appointments for a period of 3 months.

  7. Exceptions:

    • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
